Individual Ergonomics Assessments and Evaluations

Assessments are conducted by a trained Physical or Occupational Therapist and are completed within 30 to 60 minutes.


Individual Preventative Assessments – recommended for new employees

- On-site data collection with employee and supervisor.
- Observation of employee working.
- Risk factor identification.
- Implementation of changes, as able, to workstation during evaluation.
- Review of risk factors of Cumulative Trauma Disorders.
- Instruction on ways to reduce these risks.
- Report with recommended equipment.

Intermediate Evaluation – recommended for employees that are seeing a doctor for discomfort at work

- On-site data collection with employee and supervisor
- Observation of employee working
- Risk factor identification
- Implementation of changes, as able, to workstation during evaluation
- Review of risk factors of Cumulative Trauma Disorders
- Instruction on ways to reduce these risks
- Report with recommended equipment
- Picture analysis of the employee in the workstation
- Descriptions and pictures of recommended equipment

Post Injury Evaluations – recommended for employees that have filed a workers compensation claim

- On-site data collection with employee and supervisor.
- Observation of employee working.
- Risk factor identification.
- Implementation of changes, as able, to workstation during evaluation.
- Review of risk factors of Cumulative Trauma Disorders.
- Instruction on ways to reduce these risks.
- Report with recommended equipment.
- Picture analysis of employee working in the workstation
- Descriptions and pictures of recommended equipment.

* Post injury evaluations can be billed to insurance companies with prior authorization

Follow Up Evaluations

- Review of initial evaluation with employee and supervisor
