Preventative Assessment

The goal of the Preventative Assessment is to improve the interface between the worker and the workstation, decreasing the risk of injury. Site Solutions conducts a Preventative Assessment for employees concerned about their workstation set up or when an employee has reported discomfort in the workstation while performing work activities. Preventative Assessments can be done for any number of employees, from a single new hire to an entire department or company. Completed reports are sent to the employer within one week after the evaluation is complete.

• On-site data collection with employee and supervisor.
• Observation of the employee working.
• Risk factor identification.
• Review of identified risk factors and possible solutions.
• Implementation of changes as possible to the workstation.
• Written report detailing recommended changes to the workstation.
• Equipment recommendations and vendor information.

INTERMEDIATE EVALUATION

Intermediate Evaluation: The goal of the Intermediate Evaluation is to take a more detailed look at the workstation. This evaluation is designed for employees who are currently being treated by a physician but do not have a work comp case. The Intermediate Evaluation takes approximately 45 minutes.

POST INJURY EVALUATION

Post Injury Evaluation:   The goal of the Post Injury Evaluation is to do a comprehensive evaluation to minimize further injury and assist the treatment of employee with an open worker's comp claim.  This evaluation is recommended for employees with multiple injuries and employees who have an open worker's comp claim.  The Post Injury Evaluation takes at least 60 minutes per employee.
