Post Injury Evaluations

The goal of the Post Injury Evaluation is to improve the interface between the worker and the workstation, decreasing the risk of further injury. Site Solutions conducts a Post Injury Evaluation when an employee has been diagnosed with a Repetitive Stress Injury, has filed a workers compensation claim or is actively being treated by a physician. Completed reports are sent to the physician, adjuster and employer within one week after the evaluation is completed.

• On-site data collection with employee and supervisor.

• Implementation of changes as possible to the workstation.
• Comprehensive written report detailing recommended changes to the workstation.
